Ordering
Our website is an online gallery. When you want to purchase an item, you have to contact us via email, phone or just come by our shop (opening soon). When you place your order via email, please provide us with your invoicing details, shipping information and a telephone number. We will get back to you as soon as we can to confirm your purchase and put the item on hold for you. Afterwards an invoice will be send of which the payment should be made within 7 days upon receival. If the invoice is not paid within this timeframe, the item can no longer be kept on hold and will become available for sale again. As soon as we have received the payment for the full amount, we will start preparing your shipment or you can make an appointment to pick it up.

Shipping
All shown prices exclude shipping costs. We can optionally arrange shipping services for the buyer and operate as an intermediate between the buyer and the shipping company. Price quotes can be given in advance of your purchase. The buyer bears all risks and costs related to shipments (incoterms FCA), unless otherwise agreed. There are no commitments from our side related to transport (f.e. time, condition, price). However, we will do our utmost best to pack sold items very well by using quality packing materials. Nonetheless, we advise the buyer to insure their shipments.
We are based in Antwerp, Belgium, so certain deliveries can be taken care of by ourselves against a predetermined shipping rate.
Payment
We only accept bank transfers and cash payments. Please note that we currently do not accept payment via PayPal.
All payments must be made in Euro (€). The buyer is responsible for local import duties, taxes, exchange rate differences or other bank costs.
Return/Refund
We do not accept returns. All sales are final and once a piece has been purchased and shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged (not for a credit nor for another piece of the shop). All pieces in our store are of a certain age and thus may show some signs of wear/patina. Happy customers are extremely important to us, so we always communicate openly and honestly about the condition of our pieces. We try to capture all defaults, defects, wear, etc. on our pictures and mention the condition of the piece on the product page. What you see is what you buy. However, if you would be unsure, feel free to ask for extra pictures, videos or info. We do not issue refunds based on dissatisfaction with condition, wear or color.
